When you receive a reply from a customer or lead to a conversation, you can view and reply to their conversation on the go using the PhotoBiz To Go App! This makes it simple and quick to keep in contact with your customers.
The conversation reply will go to your PhotoBiz To Go App as a notification, so open the PhotoBiz To Go App and log in to your account, then tap on the notifications icon.
From there, tap on the conversation. You'll see the full conversation history, as well as a field where you can type your reply.
Enter your reply and then tap the reply button.
